- Coordinate across hardware, research, and supply chain.
- Own logistics for sensitive, physical work.
What you bring
- Several years in ops, program, or studio management.
- You make order out of chaos and don't need to be told twice.
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on operations.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
Bonus points
- Hardware, lab, or manufacturing ops background.
- Data-collection or annotation operations experience.
