The day-to-day rails — scheduling, travel, documents — run quietly and securely. You see things before the world does, and keep them that way.
What you'll own
- Keep the company's legal and corporate housekeeping clean across mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Draft and review the contracts that keep partnerships, vendors, and IP airtight.
- Run the operational rails — scheduling, travel, documents — so the team stays heads-down.
- Be the quiet backbone the company leans on.
What you bring
- Several years in legal, ops, or executive support at a fast-moving company.
- Unusual discretion — you'll see things before the world does.
- Calm under ambiguity; you make order without being asked.
- Fluent across Chinese and English, written and spoken.
Bonus points
- Experience with hardware, consumer, or regulated categories.
- You've helped set up entities or navigate cross-border structure.
