What you bring
- Several years in recruiting or people ops, ideally technical hiring.
- You judge taste and conviction, not just résumés.
- Discreet, warm, and fast.
- Fluent in Chinese and English.
Bonus points
- You've hired hardware, research, or design talent.
- Experience standing up an early team's people function.
